In October 2025, a member satisfaction survey was conducted to better understand how members perceive our rates, fees, service, and overall ease of doing business with Century Credit Union to see if their perceptions align with our value proposition and brand. The results from the survey show they do.
Member feedback shows strong satisfaction across service, value, and ease of banking with Century.

A mix of question types were asked in the survey to gather measurable data for statistical analysis and rich narrative feedback. Responses were collected online and through the mail. The results are statistically valid, meaning sample sizes are adequate to generalize within a small margin of error at a 95% confidence level.
All results are overwhelmingly positive, with many complimenting our service. A very high percentage of members who visit our branches, call us, use our online banking service, and/or use our mobile banking app say they are satisfied or very satisfied with the service we provide for each.
